BMO Centre Expansion Calgary, Alberta
The BMO Centre sets a new standard for what a modern convention centre should be: interior spaces will be ample and adaptable; meeting rooms will be wired for instant connectivity.

For over 100 years, the Calgary Stampede has welcomed millions of guests from around the world. Since 1982, the BMO Centre at Stampede Park has been at the heart of many of those gatherings, bringing guests together for consumer and trade shows, special events, meetings and conventions.
Opening in 2024, the expansion of the BMO Centre promises to make gatherings even greater. At over 1 million square feet, the BMO Centre will be the largest convention centre in western Canada.
Purposefully designed to create authentic connections between guests, the BMO Centre sets a new standard for what a modern convention centre should be: interior spaces will be ample and adaptable; meeting rooms will be wired for instant connectivity. Inter-Co Division 10 has been contracted by PCL Construction to supply and install Modernfold operable walls throughout the venue.

The Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital is a full-service acute care community hospital located in Oakville, Ontario, a suburb of Toronto.

The Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital is a full-service acute care community hospital located in Oakville, Ontario, a suburb of Toronto. It offers a comprehensive range of primary and secondary care services in addition to some tertiary services. It is operated by Halton Healthcare, an organization which also operates Georgetown Hospital and Milton District Hospital. The hospital was built in 2015 by Ellis Don. Inter-Co Division 10 was contracted to supply and install toilet partitions, washroom accessories, lockers and health-care specific specialty products. Inter-Co was on site for 18 months during construction and has completed similar projects since; including the expansion of Joseph Brant Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario and the new Vaughan Mackenzie hospital in Vaughan , Ontario.

OSU Interdisciplinary Health Sciences Center Columbus, Ohio

The Interdisciplinary Health Sciences Center on the campus of the Ohio State University is a multiphase project that advances Framework 2.0, the university’s long-term planning vision. The $155.9 million project includes a 120,000-square-foot renovation of Hamilton Hall and construction of a new 100,000-square-foot building featuring flexible facilities to serve multiple disciplines. Miles McClellan Construction contracted Inter-Co Division 10 to supply and install toilet partitions, washroom accessories, lockers and visual display products on the project.

Whiting-Turner provides construction management, general contracting, design-build and integrated project delivery services on projects small and large for a diverse group of customers. With over 50 locations nationwide, Whiting-Turner has a strong presence throughout the United States.
The development consists of hundreds of apartment style suites, fitness facilities and a medical campus.
Inter-Co Division 10 was contracted by The Whiting Turner Contracting Co to supply and install toilet partitions, public and in-suite washroom accessories, glass shower enclosures, wall protection (corner guards and hand-rail), fire extinguishers and cabinets.
Inter-Co Division 10 has successfully completed hundreds of multi-family projects in North America ranging from luxury apartments to long-term care facilities. Inter-Co Division 10 has also completed several major construction projects with The Whiting Turner Contracting Co throughout the United States, in Ohio, Texas and Arizona.

Rogers Centre Toronto, Ontario
Rogers Centre is a multi-purpose retractable roof stadium in Downtown Toronto, Ontario. Inter-Co Division 10 was engaged to supply and install toilet partitions, washroom accessories and lockers on the project.

The PCL family of companies is a group of independent general contracting construction companies in Canada, the United States, Australia and the Caribbean. PCL has headquarters in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, with the United States head office in Denver, Colorado.
Rogers Centre is a multi-purpose retractable roof stadium in Downtown Toronto, Ontario. It is home to the Toronto Blue Jays of Major League Baseball (MLB) and has a fan capacity of 53,000 spectators. In July 2022, the team announced detailed plans for off-season renovations that would focus on “modernizing the fan experience and building world-class player facilities.”
The multi-year renovation project is scheduled to update the outfield 100 and 200 levels, the 500 level and the field level for Opening Day 2023. Inter-Co Division 10 was contracted by PCL Constructors to supply and install toilet partitions, washroom accessories and lockers on the project.
PCL has tasked Inter-Co Division 10 to complete work in what will be a fast paced project that will be completed during a short baseball off-season. This project represents a homecoming of sorts for Inter-Co Division 10, who completed similar scopes for Ellis Don in the original construction of the stadium in 1989.

TQL Stadium Cincinnati, Ohio
Stadium for FC Cincinnati of MLS – we installed toilet partitions, accessories, wall protection, fire protection and lockers.
The World Football Summit named FC Cincinnati’s TQL Stadium Best Venue of 2022 at an awards event on Sept. 28 in Madrid, Spain.

The company has earned recognition for undertaking large, complex projects, fostering innovation, embracing emerging technologies, and making a difference for their clients, employees and community.
TQL Stadium is a brand new state-of-the-art soccer stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the home of FC Cincinnati, a Major League Soccer (MLS) team. The stadium cost approximately $250 million to construct, has a fan capacity of 26,000 spectators and officially opened on May 16, 2021.
Inter-Co Division 10 was contracted by Turner Construction to supply and install toilet partitions, accessories, mirrors, fire extinguishers and cabinets, lockers and other specialties throughout the building including the concourse level, player and referee locker rooms, staff areas and luxury suites. Inter-Co Division 10 was on site from fall 2020 to the completion of the project in spring of 2021.
TQL Stadium was named Best Venue of 2022 by The World Football Summit at an awards event in Madrid, Spain. Inter-Co Division 10 has since completed a similar project with Turner at the brand new Lower.com Field in Columbus, Ohio, home of the Columbus Crew, also of the MLS.

Footprint Center Phoenix, Arizona
The Footprint Centre is the home arena for the Phoenix Suns of the NBA.
We installed toilet partitions, accessories, lockers, fire protection and mirrors.

Footprinter Center (formerly known as Phoenix Suns Arena) is a multi-purpose arena in Phoenix, Arizona. It is currently home to the Phoenix Suns of the National Basketball Association (NBA), the Phoenix Mercury of the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) and the Indoor Football League’s Arizona Rattlers. The arena opened on June 6, 1992, and in 2020 underwent a $245 million transformation during the COVID-19 forced pause to the NBA season.
Inter-Co Division 10 was contracted by Okland Construction to supply and install toilet partitions, washroom and locker room accessories, mirrors, fire extinguishers and cabinets, lockers and other specialties throughout the building including the concourse level, locker rooms and luxury suites. This was a fast-paced project that tasked subcontractors to complete work before the start of the 2020-2021 NBA season on December 16, 2020. Inter-Co Division 10 has since been contracted by Okland to perform similar work at the TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) fabrication plant in Phoenix. When completed, this facility will have a 20,000 semiconductor wafer per month capacity, create over 1,600 high-tech professional jobs directly and will represent an investment of approximately US$12 billion from 2021 to 2029.

81 Bay St. at CIBC SQUARE Toronto, Ontario
CIBC Square features two buildings and a one-acre elevated park above the Union Station rail corridor. The first of the project’s two buildings, 81 Bay Street, features 54 floors and 1.5 million square feet of state-of-the-art offices and collaborative spaces, with expansive views of Lake Ontario and Toronto’s skyline.

EllisDon is an employee-owned construction services company that was founded and incorporated in 1951 in London, Ontario, Canada, by brothers Don and David Ellis Smith. The company is headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
81 Bay Street is a grand-scale, mixed-use development located in downtown Toronto. It provides 1.5 million sq. ft. of state-of-the-art office, collaborative and retail space over its 49 floors.
Inter-Co Division 10 was contracted by EllisDon to supply and install toilet partitions, accessories and lockers throughout the building. The building was turned over to clients in May, 2021, and Inter-Co Division 10 has since been hired by existing tenants to complete fit-out work within the base building, as well as completing similar work in the Food Hall and Fitness Center under contract by an Ellis Don & Govan Brown Joint Venture.
Inter-Co Division 10 has since been contracted by EllisDon on a similar project, the New Toronto Courthouse, that will bring together under one roof most of Toronto’s Ontario Court of Justice criminal court operations from across the city. Inter-Co Division 10 is currently on site, and the courthouse is expected to be operational in 2023.
